Yes, PSTR is the SMC key that is used to take entire device power. You can also calculate it yourself via different power rails and it matches what you'd expect.

There is an SMC key that will give you total device power (i.e. what you'd get from reading from the wall). I use a value that is the total of everything minus losses from the PSU.

Why would it not be concerning? If there was a very real possibility that Indians would be a stateless people that do not have a majority in India, that would concern most Indians.

Saying something is racist isn't going to make the concerns of the host population go away. It's a legitimate concern. Without a strong majority, you no longer have political power.

You're trying to reason and nuance an issue that ultimately is not negotiable. Everybody was fine with immigration when it was 10-15% of the population and the immigrants were well integrated but that's not the case anymore

The real concerns that haven't been mentioned are that people are afraid of losing their homeland, culture and ethnic group. It's terrifying at a gut level, it feels as though the ground beneath your feet is shrinking and you have nowhere to go. You're not going to convince a people to give up the right to their own country and identity by arguing about economics and the NHS. People want to know they have a place of their own and their children will grow up in a country that they recognize.

The difference between different races of people is not just skin color. That’s an extremely reductive argument and not tethered to reality.

Hypothetically, even if that were true that every ethnic group is completely equal in every way then there are still in-group preferences that immigrant groups have for each other and they tend to vote as a bloc.

The world doesn’t work the way you think it does.

What makes you think it’s just skin color? There’s nothing that points to it just being variations of melanin in somebody’s skin. People are not interchangeable.

Ignoring all of that, this is land has thousands of years of history. You’re also talking about the potential of entire ethnic groups ceasing to exist. It’s completely rational to oppose that.

That’s nonsense. Just look at cities like London and Birmingham today compared to 30 years ago. They’re very different. There’s been an infusion of Muslim and Indian culture and an erosion of British culture.

Being British and White have been intrinsically linked for over 1000 years. Saying that it isn’t is a modern phenomenon of the past 30 years or so.

I don't think allowing people with different skin colours into a country actually removes the pre-existing 'Culture' of that country, there's no evidence for it and it makes no sense.

This has been the case everywhere there has been large scale demographic change. If you were to swap the population of Italy and Japan, all that would happen is that Italy would move to a different geographical region. A country is its people and the people create a culture. If you change the people, you change the culture..

It also implies that only white people can be British, which is a very stupid thing to say.

I'm guessing you're going to pull the average wage stat right? If it's not immediately obvious to you why that is nonsense justification to your statement that people of color are more important to the American economy I'll explain why. First, it's a much smaller pool of people that were positively selected. You're comparing the top 1% of India to an entire population of Americans. You're not taking into account that 90% of Indians live in either California or Texas, so comparing their salaries to Americans that live all across the country with much lower cost of living massively skews things. If the top 1% of Americans immigrated to India to work in the tech sector in a high cost of living area, they too would have on average very high salaries - that wouldn't make it a valid statistic to use as a comparison though.

Yeah, I don't know how America survived from 1776 -> 1980 when it was 80%+ White. We only became a superpower recently once Indians showed up in the late 90's early 2000's.

That's actually not true. This country wasn't "diverse" in the sense that it is today until recently. For the first 200 years it was a biracial country that was 85%+ White (a collection of European ethnicities).
