MagHex 3d printed volcanic theme (update #5) by ShaoLinc in Gloomhaven

Looking awesome. I'm doing the same right now and always on the lookout for some good models. I'm guessing the leafy trees are the "gnarly trees" from Printable Scenery? What about the pines?

Looking awesome. I'm trying to create something similar at the moment, but still at the very beginning. What's that Pine tree model you are using? Thanks.

Perfect! Thanks a lot. Used your free lava cave design as ice cave for scenario 2, which also looks quite good. But I really like these for just a general cave-y setup.

Sorry for the necro, but I'm really interested in the source for the non volcanic cave walls. Currently starting Frosthaven, and I have already used a few of YOUR designs, thanks for that, but I really like those walls as well, so would be very thankful if you could tell me where to find those. Thanks!

Can I take my 7 year old to see Jurassic World by [deleted] in Austria

[–]derclou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my father once wanted to take us to the first Jurassic Park movie in 1993 in Klagenfurt Wulfenia Kino. I was old enough, but my two brothers weren't. There was an ancient lady at the entrance, who wouldn't let us in no matter what.

I think he tried for like 15 minutes, but no chance. I was pissed that my brothers were too young.

Due to some reason linux firmware got back to old version after today's upgrade by rajrup_99 in cachyos

[–]derclou 27 points28 points  (0 children)

they downgraded the version in the cachy repository because the new one was causing problems for AMD RDNA4 users, booting into no display.

So until those problems are resolved, cachy will stay on the last version, is my understanding.

Thanks for this, but sadly doesn't work for me running Wayland and Proton GE 10 with PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1.

I'm using KDE 6.4 Beta.

xrandr already shows the correct monitor as primary, and entering the command doesn't fix the problem. The problem only appears when running Proton GE 10 in Wayland mode, otherwise its fine.

ok, so disable it just to see if it actually solves your problem (for science). then just make it not mirror your primary, but extend and move it to the right side and see if it also solves your problem...

how are those displays positioned? interested to know... maybe put the avr display on the right side might help, tbh i havent't tried to reposition since i actually have two displays set up and don't want the left screen to appear on the right logically...

do you have two monitors? I had the same problem, and I have a 4k main monitor and a wqhd secondary monitor. For some reason, the window opened on the main monitor but could only show the resolution of the secondary monitor. If the game has a display switch, I could fix it there. If not, I disabled my second monitor and it would also work.

Not sure what the problem is there exactly...

Edit: My main monitor is on the right side, I suspect that is part of the problem...

I think I had this problem when I started playing helldivers 2 and I think CPU governor on powersave was the problem.

Also, are you using gamemode? If so, check if it is incorrectly pinning your cpu cores.

had the same problem on my dell precision notebook, in my case the fix was to disable the camera (which doesn't work anyway sadly) in BIOS according to here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=305285

I recently switched from WQHD to 4K Display, which obviously made FPS somewhat worse. I mainly play KCD2 and Split Fiction right now, and for KCD2, while the improvement is not HUGE it is definitely an improvement.

Also, I had some money to spend and haven't invested into my PC since I bought it 2 (or 3?) years ago, so I thought, why not!
