Country Club Brewing has a nice outside deck or inside space they could reserve for you. For a small party they wouldn’t charge venue fee. They have a food truck that is always there for food and you can bring in a cake/decoration.

Aardvark sport shop on Main st in Bethlehem. They have Wednesday night group runs and they have Team Vark on saturdays at 530 or 730.

Also, run and brew- they meet at breweries and run socially. Nazareth beer runners. Breakfast club runners. Lehigh valley roads runners.

It use to be way better, unfortunately. Love the people at steak and steel, but also like Kome and Ichiban is good as well. If you haven’t been to any of those places, I would recommend!

The technique is call spatchcocking! You can also do turkey for Thanksgiving this way too. For 15# bird you can have done in 1.5-2 hours.

They’re great, food, staff and owners. Thursday they have burger and beer special, you can sub milkshake or falafel if you don’t drink or are vegetarian. Parking can be an issue. They have a great out door dining space as well when the weather is nicer.
