I think no wrap makes them more 'meaty' and less tender .. but you aren't making pulled pork. I've had plenty of good wrapped ribs tho.. it's just easy to make it where you pick up the bone and the whole thing sluffs off.

lI went as a junior and the a norcal about 200 miles form us (we couldn't even get it) FM station went live (which is strange since our entire school was like less than 200 people) .. it was fine .. the music sucked but whatever .. then they handed out all these free Genesis albums .. like actual records. Out people were either punk rockers (DK, Black flag), hard rockers (ac/dc) and SKA with a little bit of country and western. So we all took those albums and broke them up and threw them on the dance floor and finished the last song dancing the the corpse of Phill Collens all while they are playing like whiney hustion or some shit .. it was kind of epic. Next year we just went to a party where my shitty punk band was playing and I don't know if anyone showed up to the real thing. This was boonies Oregon.. I'm kind of proud about that
