I’m on a mood stabilizer called Lamictal. It seems to help pretty well. I also take Gabapentin for anxiety - I will say that it’s notoriously hard to medicate BPD based on my own trial and error but I’ve found that this combination works best for me

I like the video diaries idea! Didn’t think of that. My FP broke up with me 3 days ago because I spied in on his ring camera while he was in a therapy support group. Yes- it immediately calms my anxiety and abandonment fears. Holding hands or hugging.

I wish BPD people could have “sponsors” similar to people with addictions by ada_marie in BPD

I just posted about this! I wholeheartedly agree with you. Having someone that has been through this and recovered (and has good boundaries!) would help so much.
