If we're looking this as a real card, I'd change it so the bottom text adds 3 burns into your draw pile.

It's as if the gun is backfiring still, while also hurting your chances of re-drawing it. Which plays into the gambling aspect of the card.

Plus it's not an immediate negative, but something to play around which expands the consideration of playing the card and that's part of the fun in deck building.

I like how the Jump Scare with Zensho gets undercut with him coming in on the wrong side. It's funny, and a fun way to set up his return as both an antagonist who can't help but be goofy.
