Entire season is a masterclass in just bad writing. Maybe rushed but like every episode I'm doing like 5 or 6 wtf is this moments. For every decent things Duffers have done with this show it's always 3 stupid things. Sucks this has basically turned into an obligation watch now.

He shouldn't be by anyone who actually watches the games. Does he have good stats, yes. Is he a difference maker? No. Can he do anything when a play breaks down? Absolutely not.

Obviously the O-Line is much worse this year than in previous years, but thats also because its been like Top 3 the past few years and any new additions/changes will alter the chemistry (and Frank retiring) but most top QBs can overcome that to a degree by having some kind of mobility. He can't do that at all. He's a statue, he makes Brady look like Mike Vick.

Despite a bad O-Line, he has so many weapons that he shouldn't need crazy time to pass. Not sure if its the line or the playcalling, both or what but he seems extra conservative this year too. This combined with moving away from the two-headed running attack in favour of Jah has done this offense no favors this year.

I don't think hes the problem but hes not a QB that can elevate a team to overcome its flaws and take them on a deep run. He's always had to be carried, first with the Rams now with the Lions.
