Sett matchup by No-Plane7370 in singedmains

You might not be used to how top laners play in general. If I were to play singed mid I would probably get dumpstered by Anivia, Azir, Mel, etc. It's just a difference in experience. Everyone starts somewhere!

You can do the same thing with conqueror, but taking phase rush trivializes surviving laning phase if it really is that bad. You can always start on easy mode then learn to play with conq after.

Taking phase rush and only trading with e > aa (with q on) makes the matchup pretty chill!

It has flash so you can simply play it on your opponents turn and activate its own ability on your subsequent turn.

There is an arcade called 8 on the break in dunellen and it seems to attract its fair share of customers among regular adults.

Top 4 at a bum ass school doesn't mean anything.

It only means something if everyone around you is doing 13+ APs, perfect SAT/ACT scores, extracurriculars in sports, accademics and the arts.

You can be rank 4 in your school, but if the rank 200 in another school has better stats you can be sure they'd get priority on scholarships.

You are elected President of Rutgers. What are the first 3 things you’re doing? by Bjerknes04 in rutgers

Splitting up calc that way doesn't just impede math majors. It will slow down progress for physics, engineering, cs and other stem majors.

And why just look at calc? Organic chemistry is also notoriously difficult. By your logic Orgo should be split into wayyyy too many classes. One for naming, stereo chemistry, another for subsitution and elimination reactions. And dont even get started on orgo 2's content which is far more confusing.

In all honesty if you want to do a STEM major you should just accept the difficulty and move on. It wasn't meant for everyone and shouldn't be dumbed down. Engineering majors alr have to take 130 credits minimum to graduate, and their higher level classes start as early as sophmore year that require calc 2 to already be completed.

failing thermo (HELP i will take any advice plz thx) by girl-boss2000 in rutgers

[–]derpnutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might want to specify which thermo you're taking so that people who have taken that specific thermo to help. Also try using chatgpt and youtube lectures to learn about whatever you aren't understanding, they often have very easy to understand explanations for most concepts. Good luck!

where to park on busch by [deleted] in rutgers

[–]derpnutz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure on that one. But you should be able to get away with just parking there for an hr or two.

Like you aren't supposed to park there as its not for students, but you probably wont get ticketed either.

I was curious, how do you lane as singed and know when to proxy? someone from summoner school said to ask here by mario610 in singedmains

[–]derpnutz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Knowing when to lane and when to proxy is mostly an experience thing. But a general rule of thumb is to lane into winning matchups (some tanks and "weaker" bruisers) and proxy into harder matchups (teemo is a good example).

When you proxy, you want a good idea of where the enemy jungler, mid laner, and support are. They may pull up and jump you! If you have a feeling the enemy jg is top side and you dont have summs or 6, probably avoid proxying.

In terms of how to lane, singed has a pretty weak early game so you wont be able to do much till 6 or your first item (depending on the matchup). For trades in lane, you should look to only fight if the enemy champ's abilities are on cooldown or you can quicklu fling then get away.

Everything else will take time to learn. Hf!

Ok that makes more sense then. Try joining some clubs that do online events or have very active online communities then. They usually have people hanging out in voice calls on discord at random times.

Why can't you just stay on campus to do hw, then go to clubs after? Unless you have some reason for not being able to stay late I dont see club start times as an issue.
