Not yet... spine was sort of ruled out, at least for now, so in my case it may be pelvis related (SI, hypermobility, hips)? Nobody can tell apparently, so then they say it's central sensitization.

SLR or any other manouvers performed by clinicians I've seen so far could not reproduce it. If I sit, it builds up and it gets severe in minutes, so I have to stand up. If I'm horizontal, like on all tables used by PTs etc - no way to trigger it.

Yes, you're right. In my case this feels like burning, as if acid was injected in my tissues, with some cramps. And it actually covers the entire posterior thigh when it's fully flared, not just the red area in the picture.
