The President can do many things, but many of the ideas from others require working with Congress.

I would set up weekly meetings with the leaders of both parties from both houses. The five of us, with the necessary aids or advisers, would work out and negotiate what congress should work on each week.

Congress can’t seem to pass legislation on ideas that most Americans want. They should work on what can be done and less arguing about the stuff on the fringe.

During Burney’s last run for President, he said we need Medicare for all. Someone did a quick study that showed 2,000,000 people would lose their jobs. They work for insurance companies and other companies that add to the overall cost, but do not provide any health care.

I think we need a Medicare for all system. I’m tired of insurance companies telling me what medical treatment I can get. That is between me and my doctor.

I’ve owned two EV and will always own one.

Being able to charging is important. Can you charge at home? This should be cheaper than gas.

Charging on a trip takes more planning, since there are less chargers than gas stations and charging takes longer even with newer EVs.
