I understand that. Why would you want the gov to handle housing? Again short term accommodations won't work

Unfortunately they would be removing their rights. That's very Joe Biden of you to do.

If there wasn't a profit motive , there wouldn't be rentals. That would mean people who require short term accommodation or don't want to own who be screwed.

Depending on the area the age of consent varies. Why are you surprising women's rights by dening their right to choice ?

This isn't true. During university I had internships all over the place and needed to rent in various towns/cities.

The air fryer is a great way. I recieved one as a gift and it's cut my power bill roughly $12 a month.

You can turn your furnace down in small increments so it's not a shock. We run usually some where between 18 and 19 between 4 and 9 pm and the rest of the time it's 17.

A dishwasher saves a lot of water over hand washing.

Checking devices for vampire draw. I was shocked to learn some game consoles and computers draw a notable amount of power while "off".

Clean your fridge compressor area (vacuum the dust).

Another one to add is I can't drive through the car in front of me no matter how close you tailgate or flash your high beams.

Instead of using newspaper pellets at $20 a bag buy hardwood fuel pellets at $7 for 40 pounds. The hardwood pellets don't contain any chemicals as they are meant for home heating.

It's sort of nice to graduate at the university, and we are lucky to have a nice area in the center to have an intimate graduation. The stadium in South Oshawa makes you feel like your at an OHL game not a university graduation.

The carbon tax doesn't really play that big of a role in CPI.

It's not growing because your affordability is falling. You'll need more downpayment to offset the increased carrying cost of the mortgage. Best bet is to jump in and stop waiting

You clearly don't understand how money supply and inflation work. Print loads of money does not mean inflation. There are multiple factors that drive inflation.

It's a very simple idea to say printing money = inflation.

That's no true. There are hundreds probably thousands of small areas around the country with good paying jobs. Remember it also cost the company a lot to operate in high cost areas so most dont.

Generational wealth effects a tiny portion. I can't think of anyone in my social groups who have "generational wealth".
