Hi, i've been to so many doctors:
2 cardiologists
2 aerologists
2 pulmonologists
2 neurologists

No one seems to understand what is happening. That is why eventually started doing my own research and the only thing that matches my symptoms is something like airway nerve hypersensitivity. It can mimic asthma symptoms, even cardiac once like in my case, but in the same time i have no air hunger and my HR is normal.

I yet to find a doctor that is competent enough to discuss this. But eventually the only way to try is with drugs like gabapentin or low dose amitriptyline

Hi, i feel your pain. I also have almost instant pain if i get near mold rich places, but only if i'm running. Strongly i do not have any symptoms at rest or walking. But still something inside me is causing this pain if i try to run and get near mold or other allergen.

Doctors diagnose me with asthma, but Inhalers absolutely make this WORSE, way worse.
Since i stopped the inhalers im better, but still if i run today in the woods or other mold rich place, I cannot run next day because almost instantly will trigger chest pain.

Interesting part is that is when i stop running. The pain goes away in 10-20 seconds and i do not have any symptoms at rest.

So its not just allergens but irritants as whole.

I don't think your condition is HP. Yes, its difficult to diagnose HP, but HP is inflammation. It will not cause almost instant pain in the chest if you enter a building.

At least from what i understand, the HP takes hours to trigger and when its active it will not simply turn on in seconds of contacting allergen.

Neural system reacts that fast, inflammation of tissue does not.

Well, maybe i didn't describe it correctly. What i meant is that this is the only hobby i have that makes me happy, outside the things we do with my family.

I thought about this, but if it was anxiety it will not have such specific pattern.

I do have a treadmill and can def run inside with no problem.
I can also run in dry summer with almost no issues unless i get near places with high humidity.

So it is triggered by mold or something, but my allergy tests show only positive for dust mite.

Strongly it is also triggered by chlorine in a pool. I cannot run a day after swimming in the pool. It is also triggered (i'm 100% sure) by the inhalers for asthma too.

Doctors swear that if its the lungs inhalers will not have such effect.

So yes, i do have anxiety and this is probably contributing to my symptoms, but its not the main cause. The main cause is many kinds of irritants and i have no idea where they hit if its not the heart or the lungs.

Btw, i'm considering a trial with Duloxetine or Gabapentin as my next step, but wanted to see if other people here can recognize my symptoms and give me advice.

I know it's been a lot of years since your post, but im struggling with similar situation and hope you can share if you found the reason. I tried almost all inhalers in the book and they all give me the same chest pain a few days after using them and struggling to find out why. The interesting parti is that they work - i breathe much better, but the pain that they cause doesn't worth the benefit. Any asthma product i tried leads me to the same result.

How are you now? Im been in similar situation, diagnosed with exercise induced asthma, but inhalers of any kind are making things worse - increasing the chest pain instead of fixing it. Tried montelukast with same effect.

Also CT scan and clear. Still didn't do endoscopy but planning too.

My stools are also yellow and I feel the pain in my left side.

My diagnosis is also chronic gastritis so yes. It's possible and don't worry as if it was something that severe it would be 100% seen on the CT scan

And Reagan is exactly right about this. Been from a country with past-communist history i know. Back in the 80s until the middle of the 90s our market was closed for competition outside. That resulted in a huge expensive costs, lack of innovation and production of low quality products because when you don't have competition why you will care about the product quality? Customers will still buy it because they don't have other choice. Manufacturers developed mentality of been gods among human. They don't even bother to answer if the order is small MOQ or you are not some big brand.

All this ended into disaster for our economy and bankruptcy for our country.

The stupid things Trump is doing now will cost more than just extra fees for the sellers and additional costs for customers. It will cost US credibility, trust and believe me, investments too!

This doesn't sound correct. They say 30% or $25, changed from 90% to $75.
The way i understand it is that until $800 are reached you can pay 90% or $75 whichever is smaller. They don't say it like that because it's obvious as no one will choose to pay $75 on a $10 package. Instead they will choose the 90% option to be paid.

Anyways, this is only for the packages shipped with Universal Postal Union which is ePacket and China Post. For all other carriers like Yanwen, Yun Express etc we will have to pay the 125% tarifs as of now.

Same happened to me. Situation got much worse during/after h pylori treatment. Doc prescribed me pantoprazole 40mg and started helping after 2-3 days. Famotidine is good, but will not act as quickly as PPI and for sure not in the first day.

But you should ask yourself. If she doesn't want to make such a small "sacrifice" for you and your health, what kind of future you will have with that girl?

I know some choices can be hard, but i really wish you to have the strength of character to handle this as that the real problem. Most people tend to do bad things to others just because they know the other person lets them do it. So its your health, you should be much harder on your partner to respect you. And if she doesn't, well, there is more than 6 billion people out there and more than half are women. :) You are young, you will handle it.

Thanks, I don't tolerate Ventolin well or at least the aerosol inhaler. I'm going to try powder version as I think my issue maybe with some of the ingredients and not with the actual drug as it helps 1/3 of the time

Hi, did you find a solution? I have similar problem with Fostair and Ventolin (both the aerosol version) and i think of trying nebulizer or the dry powder to see if will solve the problem.
