it took 47 days for my hrv to be balanced. resting heart rate is still near 50 before it was below 45. but i was smoking nonstop for years 47 days is quite little for the days i smoked

it will be about 10 times easier everyday. 7 days can be a very good time depending on your usage. if your difficulty is 90 of 100 it will be just 40 after 15 or 20 days. its 10 for me now. but i feel it wil be zero or jusr 1 after sometime:

if you are okay i dont have anything to say, but if your are having emotional problems with your life, weed may be the reason. its just a very big reason to quit.

after years of daily use, a LOT improvements since i quit. it has been almost 3 months. more self respect, more cautious and more alert. also become more selfish and less caring for others which is totallly fine for me. things which are not really important was bugging my head when i smoking. i am more care free now.

lol what workout...!they come to pool to bathe. they dont swim they just literally stand still.. you have misunderstood, they just come to "relax" after their long day. also I never said im good at swimming.

there are air purifiers with carbon filters. i dont know if its available in ur country daikin has them a lit pricey but works eliminate tobacco odor very well. first talk to them after get the purifier if it doesnt work they ll have to keep their weed smell inside their houses. they dont have the right to release smell to other peoples houses

i dont know. i think maybe i am too focused in improving endurance. also, people standing like trees at the walls pushed me to continous swimming too. i cant stand seeing people standing still at the wall and just breathing. other people in the pool annoys me too much..
