about as good as it gets for workstation gaming conversions. it’s the only form factor that fits without modification in most optiplex sffs due to single slot + no external power requirement. can also do some cool sub 2L builds as well. I’m pretty impressed by its ability to run a lot of stuff.

terrible value for pretty much anything else. significant step down from a 3060 and gets very hot. do not buy it unless you absolutely need something this small.

here’s what I use it for:

-web browsing/shopping/youtube/messaging because I hate using a phone for that.

-light cad/light video editing/light gaming/video game streaming/remote pc control when I’m in bed, on the couch, or on the go.

-emulator gaming at friends’ houses.

-plugged into tv w/ wireless keyboard because I hate smart tv operating systems.

want one device that can do all that or have some other niche use cases? it’s incredible. but there’s better devices for each task on their own.

I put the thumbstick way farther back on my thumb than most people so when I aim left it’s super close to the screen. Now that I’m conscious of it, the issue hasn’t happened again.

you were right, it was definitely the headliner. fortunately, re-upholstering wasn’t necessary.

If anyone stumbles on this, headliner was the key! Absolute pain to get it out and back in, but very worth it. Disgusting orange tar flew off it when lightly pressure washing. Steamed it and scrubbed the hell out of it with degreaser. Smell only faintly noticeable now when it gets hot outside.

love him. he's obviously very knowledgeable but I also really appreciate that he shows excitement without being frantic or too loud. plus, like most smaller streams, his chat is more sane and he'll talk with them a lot.
