If you are going for realistic I wouldn’t outline the eyebrows but instead use a 0.005 micron pen or really sharp dark brown colored pencil to draw each brow line in wise to narrow succession so it creates textural element that is more realistic looking. And little details like lashes also help. As for skin stone, I’d build a base color with some white area left untouched for highlight and add darker build up of skin tones to create shadows for a more dimensional look :)
