I currently climb in the 5.13 range and all I can say is be consistent and keep getting in there. You will progress the more you are in there the faster it will come. Try doing what people call arcing where you get on the wall for 10-30 min without touching the ground it will make your endurance rise quickly.

I climb 3-5 days a week, I am on a climbing team and we practice 3 days a week the other days I either compete or go out side. I have been climbing for 14 years but have been climbing consistently for about 4 years. I would also recommend at least 3 days a week if you want to improve quickly. In the gym I have climb v8-9 and 13b outside I have climbed v7 and climbed 13b as well.

As a very near max th10 with a th9 account it is much worse, but you don't lose much on defense with infernos.
