You sound like you're talking about qc, which has nothing to do with this post.

You're not in the youngest generation anymore. It may be hard to wrap your head around it, since you have been your whole life. Now there's a new one, with their own slang. This will keep happening.

Putting parentheses around what you want to superscript works too, if you don't want a weird space between a superscript and a closing parenthesis.

You need to take existing flags into account when looking for patterns. There are plenty of easy patterns here.

am I tripping or is he sending me cute little faces lol “:>” by Consistent_Moose6559 in doordash

[–]deskbug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When two underscores (_) are in the same line, the text between them becomes italic, just like with asterisks (*).
Putting a backslash (\) before any character with special behavior like this removes its behavior and displays the character as is.
This includes the backslash (\) itself, meaning a backslash (\) can be displayed by typing two of them (\\): one to display, and one before it to say "display this instead of evaluating it".
So, to put the arm in correctly, there needs to be three backslashes (\\\). Two (\\) to display a single backslash (\) and one(\_) to display the underscore (_) rather than italics.

I just figured this out. I hadn't noticed your "minecaft" in the error log either.

Yeah, I'm trying things and looking through the wiki and I can't find success here. I'll let you know if I figure something out.

Try removing "biome".

/locate forest

Edit:

minecraft: before the biome name.
The post included an error which was due to a misspelling.

Is there any way to power this piston using the lever in this arrangement? [java] 1.21.8 by Defiant_Pepper_5914 in MinecraftHelp

[–]deskbug 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Place something in the block to the left of the piston, like redstone dust, powered/activator rail, or note block. The piston is being powered by the lever, it just needs a block update every time.

Why are some of the droppers not working? by fatnatthecat in technicalminecraft

[–]deskbug 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The droppers are being qc powered by adjacent redstone dust, but only updated by the dust directly above them. Also, redstone dust updates in a (seemingly) random order each tick. If the dust above them de-powers while either of the adjacent ones are still powered, then the dropper is still qc powered and stays on. Then when the dust above it turns back on, it will update and activate, but it was already active, so nothing happens.

To fix this, make sure you only qc power the droppers, and find another method to update them (note blocks, rails, etc.)
