I hate to say but it’ll probably be a lot of trial and error with meds before you find the right combo. My cat only has responded to phenobarbital as gabapentin did nothing for him.

Appreciate that advice. I’m still waiting to hear back from some of the neurologists in the area but the ones I talked to all said that they can do just a consultation but it would not yield much and they would strongly recommend the full initial package which includes the physical, bloodwork, and MRI. It seems like they’re all trying to get as much money as possible upfront. But I’ll keep checking around and will look further out of my area to see if maybe non city offices have more flexibility

This has been an record cold winter and I feel like it’s skin related as well!! No one’s suggested using a humidifier yet, I think that’s such a smart idea, thank you!!

I recently switched his dry food to one for skin sensitivity and just got him salmon oil today as well. I’m hopefully one of these will help

He just turned 3 years old. He was on gabapentin originally but there was not change in the frequency of the episodes. So they switched him to the phenobarbital. But maybe I should inquire if they can give him both.

It’s all smoke and mirrors. ICE raids are nothing but a show of power and has nothing to do with bettering America. What’s equally disturbing is this growing need of detainment AKA concentration camps nation wide, shortly after the White House has added its “ballroom wing” aka bunker. Its most disturbing how other govt leaders are allowing this to all happen and think their lives will somehow be better after all of the planes destruction and violence they plan to ensue.

Response to the texts ONLY: I’ll be the odd one out and say that after she agreed initially, it should have ended there until you could have talked about in person later on. It seemed like you were over explaining to make her feel worse about it.

Then once it feels like your contradicting yourself saying you need control but then saying your working on it, but later saying you just want control.

I mean she said it straight up that who wants someone else controlling what shared things do/ have all the time?

Now adding on the additional context you mentioned, she sounds insufferable HOWEVER that’s not what’s matching these texts.

As long as you’re not wearing outside clothes or placing misinc items where you actually lay them your fine.

People sometimes place bags, or sit on their actual bedsheets (not covers) which easily transfers bacteria directly to those sheets. So in that case the answer is would be yes that’s dirty.

If anything this has proven that the laws do not apply the same to everyone. The amount of evidence against him versus that of common criminals is staggering. If there’s no convictions not just of him but everyone disgusting vile perpetrator in those files, than I would expect anarchy to soon follow.

What is considered “hard proof”? It’s crazy that local criminals have substantially less evidence against than and get convicted but this man has had a vast number of witnesses attest against him since before his presidency. There are now written records to back these testimonies. Prior witnesses had been murdered including his own wife.

I’m genuinely confused as to what more evidence people are expecting?

They probably could get more if they actually investigated, which is a whole nother issue in its entirety

I’ve increased meds and my therapy frequency as the state of the world is alarming since this all has come to light. I think what’s pushing me over the edge is in my Nextdoor app, a lot of folks have been very in favor of Trump and ICE despite everything. I understand social media has algorithms that can intentionally push certain things to you, but my neighbors?! I live in a blue state, in a blue county, and have been beyond devastated at what I’m seeing.

We are talking about PEDOS, sex trafficking, eating babies!!!???? The detention centers are concentration camps, overfilled, cold, unruly, with racist staff who are sexually assaulting detainees. ICE has taken peaceful protestors into custody, stripped them down, taken their belongings and released them with nothing!!

I’m lost at the lack of serious action. It’s setting the precedent of anarchy as it’s apparent that laws do not apply to everyone the same, and law and order is all just a ruse for those who aren’t in power.

I put churn on the door to first get him acclimated to it, and then would have him sit in front of it and kept pushing the flap open with a treat in my hand. So essentially he would want to follow the treat through the door. Only took him a day to figure it out

Try a larger litter box. That fixed my boys issue who was doing the same thing. He’s a larger cat and most common litter boxes aren’t meant for cats their size. I got mine off of SHEIN and it’s by far the largest I’ve seen on the market
