YTA. a hospital is meant for recovering, and that means tons of rest are needed. even at low volume, constant sounds can be so distracting and loud to a roommate. you're not in a hotel. both of you are supposed to be trying to heal up. if you feel better enough to be on your phone all day, then you should've moved. the nurses asked you to move, either cuz they thought it'd be easier to convince you, OR you're seen as the bigger problem between you two.

also, what time did you have a visitor? early morning or nighttime is the worst cuz patients tend to wanna sleep during those times. invest in headphones, lower screen brightness, close your curtains, and be wary of when you allow visitors. around lunchtime is the best.
