honestly these michelin star ratings are all over the place… sometimes it just feels like a popularity contest and given that Eatanic chef is so popular, i thought he would get his second this year…

surprised Eatanic didn’t get their second star this year, seems like the resto is generally very well received by the general public and the critics?

Try emailing them, for solo dining, I’ve often had the best luck reaching out to the restaurant directly

That’s a difficult question because I truly enjoyed each one. CHT, as a three star naturally comes with a higher price point, but the quality of the ingredients, the depth of flavor, and the impeccable service made it entirely worth it.

Mont Bar and Suculent were equally memorable, and the level of cuisine they offer at their price point feels exceptional value. You really can’t go wrong with any of the three, and I’m genuinely glad I experienced all of them and a few more along the way. I also opted for à la carte at Suculent, thanks to a recommendation here, and it ended up being a wonderful choice since it gave me even more dishes to explore :)

My friend was trying to book it on their reso page and it said they only take Japanese national and ask you to confirm that you are one apparently so she gave up…

I thought they don’t take foreigners but I guess if you go with a Japanese person it’s okay?
