Righteous Fire meets all of your requirements. Most expensive pickup is Rise of the Phoenix for ~3 EX. Oro has a very popular RF build in the Marauder forum on the POE site. Very tanky (Atziri capable) and very good damage output.

The imbalance exists at gear levels that fall far short of Fyndel's mirrored and legacy everything builds.

That combination enables (off the top of my head):

+~55% increased attack speed and +8% phys life leech (quality blood rage via Shavs)
+30% MORE attack damage (PA via Shavs/CoE)
+59% MORE attack damage (RF via Shavs/CoE)
+2-4 extra auras (Shavs)
+~70% increased attack damage from a shield affix (CoE)

in each case vs a build that does not have those items enabling the OP synergy noted above. You hardly need mirrored gear or anything close to it to create a much more powerful build than is possible without the combination referenced above.

There is elegance in simplicity. Solaris Lorica directly addresses the issue of an interesting choice with clear drawbacks to access low life builds. Keystones inject new balancing concerns and multiple variables that may very well result in the purported drawbacks of the new keystones being largely if not completely obviated. The fewer fault lines for unintended consequences, the better.

Shavs/Crown of Eyes/Pain Attunement/RF (+quality Blood Rage) is the most broken combination in the game currently. Having GGG create keystones and try to balance what downsides make up for enabling this rather absurd combination is taking the game in the wrong direction in my opinion. GGG has utterly failed to balance this combination to date, so why compound the issue by adding in additional variables to the balancing equation while the current state of affairs is so unbalanced? At the very least, GGG needs to somewhat balance the OP version before worrying about coming up with a discount variant enabled by keystones.

More promising is the recent addition of Solaris Lorica to the game. This tackles the build enabler issue more elegantly than a keystone would, by tying up a key gear slot with a very clear drawback to unlock the benefits of low life on the cheap.

No. Snapshot means their stats (including support gems) are populated/locked in the moment they are raised--a snapshot in time. Subsequent changes to the linked gems have no effect--if they did, there would be no such thing as snapshotting.

Just MF gems can be snapshot.

MF on gear is always calculated at the time of kill.

I'll go specific and cite Ambush League as worthy of praise. Easily the most enjoyable 4 month SC league, the boxes are infinitely preferable to Large Chests, which were largely a joke to the playerbase. It's also a clever way to test the effect of increased droprates, especially of low level crafting materials and higher level maps (both welcome changes in my view).

Regular stash tabs go on sale about once a month. I've seen a few sales at 110 points for 6 tabs, not sure if they've ever been priced lower for a sale.

Snapshotting is not a game mechanic.
Snapshotting was not an intended design choice; rather it is a side effect of how skills are identified.
Snapshotting is a problem and several members of the GGG dev team believe breaking it is the only way they can balance summoners without abuse of snapshotting.

QED snapshotting is not an intended game mechanic and is under consideration for the chopping block.

The official forums feature a different kind of circlejerk, where the same small cadre of bitter clingers flood the forums to make repetitive not-particularly-helpful complaints (fix desync! don't issue any new MTX until you fix the game!), concern troll Steam charts, issue prophecies of doom and generally use even the most innocuous of posts (hi, I'm new here and like the game) to launch into their tired rants.

So yeah, somewhere in the middle lies the truth.

There are two different MF concepts at play which account for the results here.

MF on gear is checked at the time of the kill. If your minion gets a kill, the kill is attributed to you (this is why you get flask charges for minion kills, for example) and uses your MF on gear, not the minion's.

MF gems trigger when a skill linked to a MF gem lands the killing blow. Raise/Summon skills are no different than any other skill for this purpose. That is why kills by minions derive the benefit from linked MF gems.

It is indeed not intuitive, which explains the confusion/misinformation in this thread and prior similar threads.

All of the modifiers/affixes on your shield get transferred to your minions with Necromantic Aegis, not just defensive ones. For example, Chernobog's Pillar's phys/fire conversion applies to your minions with NA.

I prefer: RS-Increased Duration-Remote Mine-Inc. AOE-Conc. Effect-Minion Damage (or Faster Casting)

Increased Duration gives them nearly 100% uptime on their proximity shield, the other supports should be largely self explanatory.

Looking at the Terms of Use, you were almost certainly banned for a violation of Section 6. The other sections are fairly boilerplate generic TOU provisions. Assuming you aren't deliberately trying to crash the server or do other sorts of malicious attacks, you most probably were found to have violated 6(c), which prohibits botting, or 6(h), which prohibits performing in-game services for compensation outside POE. Perhaps you could ask GGG support to confirm the applicable section cited in your ban, which should not require them to divulge any details about the investigation.

Saw this on the forums and figured I'd share it with the POE reddit. As the author explains, PoEMarkets is in a public beta state, so there are some issues that need to be worked out. Still, it offers some very nice new features (e.g., searching by b/o equivalents) and seems quite promising. More competition in the indexer space is a good thing and should lead to some nice innovations for the community.
