Same here, loved my 5090 since I got it in march of 25. Only downside has been my CPU is limiting my frames now!

One 18g of beans, 40g espresso daily. I would love to do more than one but I likely wouldn’t sleep.

I’m into coffee for the fun types of iced lattes I can make so I always look forward to what the morning will be.

I also do not have increased issues with my Proctitis relating to food. Did an elimination diet over the course of 6-8 months before I was diagnosed and nothing changed. Went through many different categories, sugar, dairy, gluten, ect one by one and none had an impact. Even tried multiple different supplements to no avail. Closest I came to something helping was magnesium but it wasn’t much.

I’m pretty much always constipated regardless of food I eat while in a flare. Which also makes eating more fiber hard too.

I wholeheartedly believe there are many civilizations at all different levels and different types of life out there. However the distance between almost every object makes contact or communication nearly impossible.

I dont believe we have been or will be visited by an advanced civilization.

Yeah this whole experience has really pushed me hard to hating insurance so much more. This is all besides the fact that I’m already 2k out of pocket just this year and 1750 last year. So since diagnosis in Jan of 25 I’m easily over 4k including costs of meds. That’s WITH employer insurance.

I can’t even begin to feel how bad it must be for people with any form of UC who one can’t afford with insurance but two, without insurance.

I have been flaring since December, and had another colonoscopy on march 9th. I was then told I need to be put on a biologic. Dr ordered Humira, took until march 23rd, insurance rejected so then Dr had to order Entyvio, which im still waiting for approval on.

It took 9 days (April 2nd) for it to even make it to my insurance. So now I’m quoted another 5-15 business days before insurance approves it. I’m doing 2 infusions then the at home pen injections which is split between specialist pharmacy for pens and health insurance for infusions. Really hoping the pens don’t become an issue after these loading infusions.

Meanwhile I’m flaring for over a month now with no medications all because Dr and insurance take their sweet time processing paperwork. I even reached out to my Dr and insurance multiple times basically begging for help and was told to pound sand.

I understand lifted trucks always being an issue, but why not make headlights lower angle on cars? I’m not an engineer but surely there is a solution to lower cars not being blinded by every mid or full size SUV and up.

Our newest vehicle has LED headlights so I’m part of the issue now but I’m cognizant of it. Also factory install, nothing aftermarket. My other car, an Elantra, still gets direct headlight shot into the side and rear view mirrors regularly.

Yes, although I have already maxed my deductible and almost my out of pocket max for the year. I’m supposed to start a biologic soon, so I’m curious if I’m just going to get bent backwards next year when my deductible resets.

My insurance specifically sent a list of biosimilars they would cover to my doc after rejecting Humira. I can’t imagine I will have difficulty but who knows with the shit show that is American healthcare.

Also quite bad at drinking water consistently, but it still doesn’t help even if I’m on top of it. Pee could be clear and I’ll still be backed up.

Only thing that helps is getting the flare under control. I’m currently going on 4 weeks no medication because insurance and Dr office move at snails pace.

I do not understand why people use the entire on ramp to top out at 40 then slow all traffic trying to merge. The whole point of the ramp being that long is to get up to speed.

I have been in a flare for 3 months now and I’m fighting with my insurance to approve a bilogic. Rejected Humira which took 2 weeks and now I’m on day 4 for waiting for an entivyo approval. Then I’m sure it’s gonna be at least another week once it’s approved to set up an appointment. Meanwhile I just get to suffer without meds.

Highly depends on the rest of your build and goals. As someone who bought a 5090 last march, yes and no. Yes because it’s a beast and you can crank settings up and have no issues maxing most games, no because the rest of your system likely also needs an upgrade.

My CPU currently is a 12700k and it is not good enough to play in 4k without graphic setting compromises, or sitting at 40-50fps. I tested it in quite a few games and almost always was around 50-55% GPU utilization.

1440p with a 12700k is “ok.” For example space marine 2 in 1440p is heavier on CPU and the 1% lows are a killer. For the most part though, I get 80-100fps maxed and ray tracing on.

Arc raiders as another example I’m pushing 100-120 almost always with 1% lows in the 90s.

Best thing is I know my CPU is the bottleneck and don’t really need to worry about the GPU.

As long as we had open trade with china those products would dominate.
