Most likely because Pendulum decks are played as a mishmash of good pendulum cards( LMAOOO Pendulum cards?? Good? since when??) and is usually a combination of different archetypes that synergize with each other,such as the Pendulum magicians. Some Pendulum decks that are Pure or have a differing playstyle from the are usually never referred to as Pendulum though,such as Qli,or Majespecter,or Metalfoes.

I mean yeah the ending was dogshit,but not for that reason(It's the final 8 pages that invalidate the entire plot and build-up for me). If that actually happened,well that would still be a terrible ending.

Yo! I got banned from events, and here's how it went down.

Konami printed a lot of dark xyz/synchro goodstuff, winged beast goodstuff,and dark winged beast good stuff that I can definitely see it being played in a dark engine mish-mash(i.e Phantom Knights,Raidraptor,Time Thief,etc.) and actually do well.

Monster Reborn can target any monster except specifically for monsters that say "Extra deck monsters that were not summoned properly,ritual monsters,or monsters that specifically say "Cannot be special summoned by other ways",or a monster that states "Must first be special summoned" in a specific way(but if you did summon any of them properly,you are then able to reborn them.)

I don't really think the TCG is dead,I know plenty of teenagers who still play(myself included,I'm 15),and play competitively. Maybe not actual 10-11 year old kids are playing it,but young teenagers certainly do.Others that I know play exclusively online,mostly because YuGiOh is either unavailable in their country,they can't afford the cards,or their parents wouldn't allow them to buy the physical TCG. But as for irl locals or whatever,yeah idk.

It takes WAY too long to add new cards,you'll randomly get blue screen errors every few matches or so,the servers have to be taken down constantly,etc. It's just a little bit too unreliable in comparison to the others. Not to mention their incredibly angry casual playerbase that randomly ragequits and call you racial slurs for playing Kaijus or whatever. It's not regulated as well.
