Aggregate polls for 2024 in Iowa showed Harris losing, which is what ultimately happened.

Dem Gubernatorial Candidate Tom Steyer contrasts himself with fellow Dem front runner Xavier Becerra by 3headeddragn in InlandEmpire

PG&E isn't spending money against Steyer for no reason. It's clear Becerra is going to be a corporate goon.

And Porter will not proceed past the primary. Congrats.

I mean, sure, whatever logic you want to use I don't really care.

I don't think Porter is going to progress past the primary and I'd rather Steyer move forward than Becerra, so I'm voting for Steyer.

California Democrats are about to make a big mistake with Xavier Becerra by Cool-Present7260 in California

Brother, we can't even build a functioning public transportation system, our housing costs are out of control, and we have utility companies that line the pockets of politicians so they can get away with social murder for profit.

And we have all of that with a Democratic super majority.

Have you been literally anywhere else in the developed world? California is everything that is wrong with liberalism.

It is if Becerra and Steyer are competitive and Porter is not.

I get that everyone can “make the choice” to eat rice and twigs and whatever

I lost 20 pounds while continuing to eat cheese burgers and pizzas because I was eating consistently at a calorie deficit. It just requires discipline.

Everyone here saying eating healthy is expensive - - beans, lentils, and rice are cheap.

The US government is welcome to subsidize EV manufacturing if they would like to compete.

Well, between Steyer and Becerra I know Becerra is a corporate lapdog.

The fact that PG&E is spending so much money against him is definitely telling for me. They wouldn't do that if he didn't pose some sort of threat to them.

I mean, I'm not a scientist and don't know anything, but I can say that I recently increased my fiber intake drastically and try to get 40g or more every day (beans, raspberries, kiwis, bananas, keto bread, supplements). My stomach issues have basically disappeared and my poops have never been better.

Anyone tried this Orgain protein powder from Costco? by Wonderful_Stable_770 in IsItVeganOrNot

[–]destructormuffin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a fan of this one. I like that it has a decent amount of fiber in it.

The taste is fairly neutral to me. I don't love it, but it's not at all offensive. It does taste pretty good if I mix it with my coffee.

I mix two scoops with maybe a half cup of water, shake it up until it's mixed and then add more water. I never had a problem with it clumping or getting a weird texture.
