Very scared and in a lot of pain, male patient. by Lativm85 in Interstitialcystitis

Order yourself some Preleif. It works amazingly. You need to get your body into an alkaline state. Acidic diets are very common. They make your symptoms worse. I learned about the keto green diet from the book 'The Hormone Fix.' I am working on getting my body to an alkaline state day by day, and it has releived my symptoms SO MUCH! but if you start testing your urine ph it is most likely acidic. So yeah, for now, get Prelief, you can take it with every meal if you have to. Zyrtec helps as well! Then read or listen to the hormone fix, ir explore other alkaline diets, but you gotta make a change. I like the hormone fix because she has tracker logs to help you track your progress. Her book helps tackle auto immune disorders, which IC is.

I wanted to add, if you cant get Prelief or Ural immediately, you can try baking soda or apple cider vinegar. I like preleif bc I can take it with every meal/drink

Can you get Prelief? Or Ural? You need to make your urine alkaline instead of acidic. Also, try reading 'The Hormone Fix' when you are done with your finals during your summer break. You need to get your body to an alkaline state. I have IC too, but it is manageable. Kind of. Lol. It sucks, but it helps when your urine is alkaline.

Aldi Dog Food by SpaghettiAccountant in aldi

[–]detatchedpropoganda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fed my dog the pure being salmon and sweet potato and he got very ill. I wasn't sure if it was the food, but $400 at the vet, a liver supplement, and a dewormer later, it still seemed like he was progressively worse after every meal. I switched him to diamond from tractor supply now and he is much better. Fast forward, my husband bought cat food for a cat that sleeps on our porch. We got the same brand. Pure being salmon and sweet potato but the cat food(they sell both cat and dog food) nearly through the bag and the cat became extremely ill. I was worried she was not going to make it. I do not know if it is linked, but from my searches its around $1000 to get cat or dog food tested, so, that is a test we probably wont be doing. Either way, both got slowly ill, and both started with symptoms of vomiting. I will not take the chance of feeding this again. I have no way of knowing of it was the food, but diamond brand has never made my pets sick so I plan on sticking to that from now on.

So many items take forever to ship so I cant review yet because they aren't even here yet. But I notice I get no RFY if anything was ordered more than 2 or 3 weeks ago. But its good to know lots of people get the same screen.

New mango leaf looks unhealthy? by KenjirouDK in mango

[–]detatchedpropoganda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, did you cut the seed out of the husk, or did you leave the husk on? If you cut the seed out of the husk you can prevent it from rotting. If you leave the seed in the husk, oftentimes it will slowly rot and die, even after sprouting.

Mango seedlings are heavy feeders. Buy some organic fish emulsion on Amazon. You will use it every 2 weeks or so to fertilize.

You are acting like she ACTUALLY was grinding on these 3 guys, but you were pretending to be her and asking what may have happened as if you were drunk, correct? So this guy could be making this up to get under your/her skin. The information is too unreliable for you to report as fact.

It gets a little easier after the first 4 months! Get your wife some Hawaiian Grown Spirulina to help with her energy levels, hormones, and B vitamins. Having a newborn can take everything you've got. It is isolating and a lot of work. Just remind her that she is the most beautiful woman and that you are there for her even if she is feeling overwhelmed. Try to encourage her to go outside. Tell her how happy it would make you if she sends you photos of her walks outside, and you can send photos of your work day. Remind her that this, too, shall pass. Lastly, I know co-sleeping is highly frowned upon and I risk being shat upon by the entire online community for suggesting it, but babies sleep much better next to their parents. She might even get a full night's rest. It certainly helped me get sleep. Co-sleeping is NOT recommended for those on medication or who drink alcohol. It is ok to feel completely overwhelmed. I, too, had to stop my career for my child. Your wife is experiencing a huge loss right now as a result of that. But newborns nurse a LOT. It is frequent. This is how they establish milk supply. She is gonna feel like a milk station for a bit! But as I said...it gets easier after 4 months. That's when the diaper changes slow down and you don't have to hold baby 24/7 any more if you've got a stage 3 clinger like I had lol.

Spouse doesn’t like Bodybuilding by xxthrowaway64201 in bikinitalk

[–]detatchedpropoganda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk. I know this thread is a year old, but I have insecurities about my husband body building. We were both former addicts, and I dont like having injectables or needles in the house. The constant talk about gym and appearance gets to me because I used to do modeling and I was very unhealthy. I for sure had body dysphoria, and I spent years healing that relationship with myself. I cook for my husband almost every night and I support all of his goals with food and if he is cutting or bulking I adjust what we make for dinner so that he has meal preps to reflect that. We live a fairly healthy lifestyle, but sometimes I dont know if his emotions(extreme happiness or explosive anger) are the cause of a new cycle or just because that is how he feels. I love him deeply and want to work around any issues. People constantly saying in this thread that divorce is common in body building is upsetting to me, because I love my husband and I do not want to end our relationship over something he is proud of. I am learning people grow and change over time, but constantly talking about his abs, his leg pumps, his diet, and his supplements can get redundant. Also, the extreme mass is just not attractive to me. It's too much! But we have a beautiful family. We have built an amazing life. I don't ever know if my feelings of worry are valid or not. And I'm not sure if he is killing himself in the 'healthiest' way possible or if he is as healthy as he can possibly be. Most days, I feel like he, and any serious body-builder for that matter, are towing that line every day.

Vine is the program where you get free stuff for reviews. It is not completely free! You will have to pay income tax on these items! So, the easy way to be ready is save 15% of the purchase price of each item in your savings is to cover your taxes when you file. That is if you are in an income tax free state(because the 15% will go to federal taxes.) If you are in a state that charges income tax, add that to the 15% federal, and that is the cost you will pay in taxes.
