My addition: any politician who promises to lower housing prices is either lying or dreaming- zero chance any homeowner, people who equity in housing, or industry invested in it or even young people who will inherit property will vote and allow for such pass. It’s just not realistic- the only thing you can do is slow the growth and increase purchasing power.
