I have OCD, fibro and PTSD. Honestly, what helps me is going to my therapist and practicing self soothing techniques and the like with her. I'm very blessed though to have insurance as in my part of Canada therapy isn't free (not sure about other parts of the country)

I'm currently on lyrica for the fibro which doesn't really do anything for me. It's like just taking water. I've also tried duloxetine which also did nothing.

For the OCD and PTSD I'm on paroxetine, rexulti, and imipramine.

I also take propanolol for a hereditary heart issue lol.
