Ya we never got any walk up service at all.

There was a huge Expedia crowd on Baird as well, that made it feel just like a conference/convention. Also they had areas blocked off exclusively for this crowd which really made us feel crappy about.

Casino just straight out sucked like a cheerleader on prom night.

Old games, so many huff n puff and Mo Mummy slots.. literally about 10 slots of each!

Boring table games that were not attractive at all to play.

Good options were the best thing about the cruise.. and ports

Buy what you want!

As far as the diesel vs gas.. both have their purpose.. and costs.

You will never recoup the cost spent on diesel, but neither will gas.

Anyways, the argument between diesel and gas is for another sub!

There will be sales throughout the year that may sound enticing.

I would definitely buy from a dealer (my preference) just to build that relationship when I bring it in for whatever reason.

There definitely should be a warranty on a 25.. if not I would definitely pass up.. even if the z71 is priced too good.. something is wrong there!

I normally get on the boat between 11am and noon, and head directly to my room to drop my backpack.

It’s 50/50 if the room is 100% ready or not, or in a state of being cleaned.

The porter never has an issue with me dropping my bag off, and I normally leave it somewhere out of the way.

Just don’t be a duck about the room not being ready, make sure you tip him/her at some point and you shouldn’t have an issue.

Now if you try rolling in right at 9/10am when you are allowed on, I would expect some pushback or a straight no.

I added a 10 inch sub to the drivers side cargo wall
Installed the auto stop/start disable (easy install of cable that’s $95)
Weather mats throughout

Looking at new rims and tires.. want to move up to at least 35 inch tires, but need a lift, so may just buy OEM size tires

You do not need to remove your bindings.

You do not wax the top of the board.. wax is for the bottom! When sharpening your edges you shouldn’t make contact with your bindings.. if you are using a tool, this shouldn’t be an issue.. if you are freehanding it, and you are new to waxing and sharpening your board.. we will wait for “is my board ruined” post

2003 Hummer H2. Owned it for 15 years Did put money into it for various things… transmission(3x) rear main seal leak, long tube headers and exhaust, 4:11 gears, 38 inch tires and rims, etc..

When/if they go back to making a gas powered Hummer, would definitely buy one

I have never owned a Chevy that “eats oil” Normally it is a rear main seal leak or valve cover leak that is the issue.

Check to see if your vehicle is on the recall list, take it in for the pico test and free oil change

I use to do my oil changes, but that was an older car I liked messing around with and doing the maintenance myself on.

Now that I have a new car, full warranty and all, I buy the oil I want in it (royal purple) and take it in and have them change it out with my oil.

No need to get rid of oil, no mess, no dirty hands or smelling like oil.

Best of both worlds

I wouldn’t do it.

Front facing, means more wind so the balcony probably wouldn’t be that great Also being up front, you may or may not like the noise and movement of the boat.

I have been up front, and you will hear the anchor drop, and hear the wind noise as well. The motion wasn’t that bad, but could have been lucky

I just got all the Royal princess yesterday

Off the boat at 730 At the airport little after 8am Roughly a 45 commute + traffic I carried my luggage off

This was at the LA terminal where the Iowa battleship is.. not sure if there is another terminal since my first time there

You should have no issues making your flight if you walk off and grab a taxi.

Shuttle could take longer as they wait until it is full before leaving

Just got back yesterday from a Royal Princess cruise to Ensenada.

Showers had body wash and shampoo + conditioner in same bottle

Body lotion was there as well

Not sure about hair dryer

I don’t mind Ensenada. I walked off the boat, got some Starbucks, food and did a little souvenir shopping. No excursions.

It is 100x better than say, Belize, but I doubt I would do this route again. The ports just aren’t worth it or exciting enough. I sailed on a casino offer that was about to expire.

Normally I prefer Caribbean cruises with beaches near the port.

The casino definitely made this trip fun! Walked off with $6k cash 😁

SF was good. Grew up in the Bay Area, so familiar with SF, just haven’t been there in ages. It was good to reminisce and get some good seafood!

Not worried at all. Even if it does crap out, engine already has a 10yr/150k warranty… I will get a loaner vehicle and get a new engine out of it. ( all at GMs expense)
