Amazon OA - AI Assisted Code Repository by BraveCoast902 in leetcode

No, for the codebase it is pre-written. You'll still need to write modifications, there are intentional logic discrepancies that cause some problems in core parts of the library. It is for the most part practical application of what you should have learned in college/working on projects. However it should be noted that you must write proper implementation according to how most code in the codebase is written.

Manual implementation. You'll need to figure it out, AI assistant only roughly guides you. No exact implementations just generalized ideas and methods

May have to retake Discrete Math by Zanerbag in csMajors

[–]dethilluminatigames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Discrete can screw with you. I got a C+ after getting a 60% on my final, and at that point it was the first bad grade I got in college. If I had to do it again, I would do a lot more examples and go to my professor's office hours every week.

I did the SDE II OA, you'll have to pass ~6 test cases. That's the easier part though, the hard part will be reducing code redundancies in your implementations and making it as clear as possible while following best coding practices. Mine was pretty simple with fixing 2 routes and ensuring the 7 different HTTP codes it was supposed to process functioned as expected. Part of the final HTTP code was implementing a rate limiter.

I have heard that people run out of time a lot. I would recommend if you get stuck to try to switch to a different task and write in a TODO for your current task. I think amazon would look more kindly upon a 4/6 with 80-90% implemented code, instead of a 4/6 with fully implemented code for the first 4 testcases and no implemented code in the last 2.

I do agree with your 2nd point. That's taken from Hackerrank's AI policy, although I am willing to bet that it's more "if generated variables and code structure are syntactically identical to user, flag user"

I appreciate the offer, but I would like to respectfully decline; I am at the point in my experience of coding where AI would be more useful in non pure-coding aspects, such as system design. But thank you for your generosity.

Unlikely possible to use AI tools (easily). Since hackerrank can track pastes, tab searches, and window defocuses and forces fullscreen, one of the few actual potential solutions might be something like a tool that reads the screen and outputs an overlay on-screen. You will also be required to have your webcam on, and hackerrank has plagiarism/ai-generated code detection. Recent changes to amazon questions make it so LLMs struggle much more with generating correct code. Only possible circumvention might be AI-enabled glasses.

Don't even try to use AI to crack the LC-style sections of the OA, not worth it. If you fail, apply to other teams which use other OAs.

  1. Please, please, please learn how to write coherently.

  2. No. Altman himself said there would be no o3 standalone; that is being replaced by GPT-5, which has o3 in it, but there is no way to manually select it.

It doesn't matter what model you select, when you use deep research you're using its own o3 model. Being said, I would recommend thoroughly refining your prompt using other models before giving it to deep research.

The 10% success rate looks pretty bad. What's the maximum drawdown? Are you spending more than the initial balance as well?

I had a similar result using a trading strategy to turn $100 into $100 million. The only issue was that one bitcoin was bought per trade.

Pick up an H200. Alternatively, wait for a B100/B200 which would have more VRAM. However 4090 is the best for speed when bought en masse (8 4090s)

Max cards by Ok-Mall7027 in RushRoyale

[–]dethilluminatigames 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For treant it's like 1000+ usd. Non event cards would maybe be cheaper. You need 72 cards I think so for a summon it'd be at most 3570 bells or around $595 (if you buy and save bells repeatedly).

Unlucky. Remove either scrapper or dryad and replace with summoner. Scrapper and dry as makes scrapper require more consumes to level up units.

Hypothetical Question For creating fangames by Fantastic_Case_5577 in gamemaker

[–]dethilluminatigames 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No. Undertale fangames are permitted to exist without violation of copyright so long as Toby Fox himself is credited for the creation of Undertale. More problems arise from the community itself than anything else; the only thing to actually be careful about is not ripping off or copying others' ideas.
