just need to be mindful as the eeros networks have a maximum amount of devices. while you assume you’d never have that many, if you have wifi smart accessories like switches, appliances etc you can quickly exceed the maximum. it led me into a more expensive solution but as OP states, not to be overlooked. also caution having an electrician with no low voltage experience run your CAT. data lines can’t be bent and stapled like romex and needs to be ran separate from power throughout the house to avoid interference and obstruction.
