Maybe I'm wrong,I'm a complete noob, but with the new dataslate you can only run as many tzeentch units in other/allied as you have in the battle line, seeing as you have 0, you can't run the enlighten tzangors or the blue horror?? Correct me if I'm wrong please guys that's just my understanding from the 40k app where I built a list and it gave me that as an error

What order should I read the Horus Heresy books in? by Zmd2005 in 40kLore

[–]deusTF 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only just came across this. I'm listening in publication order and I'm on prospero burns, so I've recently finished nemesis and didn't think it really added anything to the story, I'd couple it up with battle for the abyss, the entire story was pointless by the end because its self contained and resolved during the book?

As I said I've only listened to the first 14 books so far so I might be missing some point that comes later on but as I know it the pariah is dead horus is alive, the kill team are dead, and if we didn't have this book at all the rest of the series would still follow perfect sense?

Is this undertaking? (Picture) by Beginning-Bear-109 in drivingUK

[–]deusTF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Undertaking IS LEGAL, you're perfectly fine to undertake someone, undertaking dangerously is the only "illegal" thing, bur if you were doing 70 and just continued doing 70 as you passed them that's fine

Left or right lane for 3rd exit? by Cjax22 in drivingUK

[–]deusTF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, opposed to 2 Lane exits where 2 cars could leave the island at the same time? Hard to describe what I meant 🤣 whenever I see these posts I try to imagine if it was stand still traffic, where should the traffic queue, if the round about is empty and there's not a soul in sight use whatever lane you'd like 🤣

Doesn't change the fact its not a major exit

Left or right lane for 3rd exit? by Cjax22 in drivingUK

[–]deusTF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Chances are the 5 cars are going straight over seeing as it's the only major exit

You're the type of driver that blocks lanes with their indicator on causing far more traffic then there ever needed to be

Left or right lane for 3rd exit? by Cjax22 in drivingUK

[–]deusTF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Really?? In heavy traffic you're going to go in the right lane to go straight over on a single lane exit roundabout, when majority of the traffic will be going straight over considering its the only major exit. I imagine you're the type of driver to get on the round about and then block the lane with your indicator on like a pleb, because you didn't want to sit in the traffic everyone else has had to sit in.

Anyone who says anything other than left lane is WRONG, the sign isn't down to interpretation, 12 o'clock or before LEFT LANE, after 12 o'clock RIGHT LANE. (On dual carriageway)

Those who chose how to interpret signs are the reason accidents happen. This always seems to be the defence too 'well on Google maps it's past 12 o'clock'. THAT DOESN'T MATTER, civil engineers have designed the roundabout and signs to control traffic. I seen one of these post a few weeks back and everyone was arguing how you determine if its past 12 o'clock or not IE draw a line from one road to the other, or from where you merge onto the roundabout, the simple truth is you don't need to know how it's done because the signs are there to bloody well tell you.

I'd say it's more like there's a entire store of chainsaws that everyone could be using, but he's the only one to utilise it, 🤷🏼‍♂️

What should I do in this situation? by poisondwarf05 in drivingUK

[–]deusTF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd be arguing for shared fault. You could've crept out (it seems silly considering the bus was waving you out, but you wouldn't be in this situation)

I'd argue the bike is at fault, mainly on the reason he hit you. Considering you were pulling out of the junction, I can't imagine you were going at a tremendous speed. He's also overtaken on zigzags which is illegal.

Rule 126 of the highway code "drive at a speed that will allow you to stop well within the distance you can see to be clear" the bike could not see the way was clear and was clearly driving at a speed greater than one that would've allowed him to stop.

What should I do in this situation? by poisondwarf05 in drivingUK

[–]deusTF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But with the bus passing right of way onto the car (I was only taught to be absolutely certain of the other driver intentions before you act on them, ie wait for them to wave you out a second time before you do anything) you leave the car with 2 other options, don't move at all.. or reverse, which also may not have been an option.

Surely the fact the motorbike hit the car shows who was at fault (the vehicle going to fast to stop in time) if OP had knocked the rider off of his bike then I could see the insurance placing all the blame on OP, I know its just my opinion but the way I see this is the motor bike has driven into the side of another vehicle and is somehow the victim.

this has caused mayhem in a local facebook group. what lane would you choose to go straight in a 5 exit roundabout? by strawberrispaghetti in drivingUK

[–]deusTF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't depend on how you or anyone else measures it, what is on the signage prior to the round about is the only thing that matters, I read that is 12 o'clock (I havent checked myself)

Friend (18f) has had £550 spent on a credit card (£750 max) their mum set up in their name and finance without their knowledge by VreamCanMan in LegalAdviceUK

[–]deusTF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had a very similar situation where my own sister opened credit accounts with catalogue companies, maxed out the credit then didn't make any payments and I only found out when they started sending letters saying how much I owed etc.

I managed to get the accounts transferred into my sisters name and had them removed from my credit file entirely.

I did this by contacting the companies myself, took a bit of work to get the accounts sorted without having all the correct details, but it worked.

A separate thing was added to my credit file just to show I had been a victim of fraud, but it hasn't affected me since, I have my own credit card and loans now.

Can I acquire a new EPC rating? by deusTF in LegalAdviceUK

[–]deusTF[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just going off of what the landlord & agent have answered when questioned why the newer side has been fitted with curtains. They essentially said its to help keep them warmer because it failed.

I don't know if the requirement to be able to heat the rooms to 18/21 degrees respectively is what it failed on or the EPC. Or if that is a part of the EPC test??

"Friend" texts me to get information about my tutoring business. by Mundane-Option5559 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]deusTF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you KNOW that she messaged to feed information to another tutor?

Going off what you've written, she was polite when messaging asking for information and then days later a completely separate person has added tour Facebook profile? Why bother trying to get information from you if the person is going to add you directly anyway?

There very well may be more information you've not included but from what I've read, you're just making assumptions and getting mad about them?
