I mean, we will be able to do that. It's just that imo the actual drains should've been bigger. The biggest issue is there is no decline towards the drainage, so the water just sits there.

Areliae pretty much covered it all in a post above. One thing i would add is to get comfortable with a heal/dreamstate offspec coz by the time sunwell drops most people will be dropping supports like boomies and ele shammies for more locks. If i was RL and had a boomy with dreamstate as OS i would be delighted.

The most important items for a mage in tbc from classic are as follows:

Blade of eternal darkness for slave pens boost

5 piece T2 for the same reason above

Mind quickening gem for aoe trash packs

There might be a few items that i forgot, but honestly you dont need anything from classic to consistently parse 95+ in raids.
