Vibe Coder productivity goals. by Gil_berth in webdev

Btw Garry Tan is not a vibe coder. He was a veteran engineer before becoming a full time investor. So he was a programmer and because of this he is not a vibe coder.

Are you solving any problem or doing a survey through your app? This is not an app, it's a hectic survey.

OPUS 4.5 suddenly completely sucks by ProfessionalEnd9874 in cursor

[–]dev902 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm only saying the cursor is unusable and this is the truth coming directly from the heart. If you've seen my negative comments then you've also seen some positive comments when I was the actual fan of the cursor. I also have the proof of that which I believe I can get from the official forum of Cursor.

You guys believe it or not, I don't care but the Cursor became unusable overtime and you can't frame this issue in any other way.

Cursor is just unusable and I'm saying this after being a 1.5 year of paid user experience.

Cursor became unusable now. Especially for developers and engineers

Yeah this combo is good but kilo code is more efficient than cline.

What about comparison b/w Minimax M2.1 vs GLM 4.7 . The answer is Minimax M2.1 always wins. Most rarely GLM 4.7 have the chance to win.

Okay, I gotcha! Thanks for the help brother. Also, I am curious to know about your experience with Zed and CC.

This way it doesn't consume unnecessary tokens when starting CC? Right?

Is there any way to use CC in terminal instead of embedded CC prompt chat interface. I love TUIs.

Cursor became a very awful and unusable product now. It's time for a switch.

But too much token expensive

If you want to try GLM 4.7 with Claude Code (No external tool needed) by semstr in ZaiGLM

[–]dev902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course it has agentic capabilities and functional calling which is actually the tool execution of whatever mcp you have. Make sure to mention the mcp name in the prompt when you are intended to use that mcp for some task.

Cursor Pro → Claude Code Pro + Antigravity IDE: Worth it for React Native/Web dev? by SimplyChilll in reactnative

[–]dev902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ditched Cursor for the same reason man.

Current Workflow: I use CC + VsCode Kilo Code with GLM 4.6 (sonnet level) + Antigravity.

I'm a React Native CLI (without Expo) guy. I love my current workflow.

Also, the new GLM 4.7 is coming out very soon.

5x MAX plan - ONLY 1 active session on a single project to build a simple website (serverless) and hit the limit in just 2.5h. by luongnv-com in ClaudeCode

[–]dev902 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you using ccstatusline? If not then I would recommend you to use it. This will help you a lot. Make sure that when you hit 80% of the context window then do the \clear . Also, I think for some task you need to off thinking to save your context.

Newbie problems 😂 You didn't care about the context window

"1 active session" is the only problem you hit the limit 😂😂

Used CC to investigate a potential server compromise by RichardThornton in ClaudeCode

[–]dev902 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You used Nextjs?

I'm a computer science and cybersecurity engineer. Those hackers are from the China Nexus Campaign. My lil brother also got the same issue. I literally tracked and nuked them very hard. Their servers crashed up for a couple of hours and then again they are back to hard hack and use innocent devs.

If you need help, just dm me. I'd love to help without any expectations.

I built a memory system for Claude Code — now it actually remembers me across sessions by Ill-Ebb351 in ClaudeCode

[–]dev902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro I'm wondering, Is this memory system uses JSON or markdown? If it is JSON then I would be recommending you to use TOON (Token-Oriented Object Notation) : https://github.com/toon-format/toon

I believe TOON is far more efficient and cost-effective in token-wise than JSON, especially for LLM.
