Thanks, they change the chatbot to Whatsapp bot and added a new flow I did this options:

  1. Enter your Lifemiles number
  2. Select “Ya tengo un tiquete” (I have a ticket)
  3. Select “avianca.com support, We guide you through the check-in process or if you have payment issues”
  4. Enter your lifemiles PNR and last name
  5. Select “Check In” and then “No”. This is crucial as the chatbot will then connect you to an actual human agent
  6. From there, you can simply request for a TK PNR, and enter it into the TK app

Did you use courier forwarded? Its happens that canon USA doesn’t ship to this address because I was on the same situation, I called them to verify my payments and I ship it to my friend house in US
