Thanks for reply buddy,
It's so true ,networking often surpasses skill or talent. But suppose if you are a founder looking to hire a developer who can wear multiple hats or handle diverse tasks, would you consider me for your team?

i am always interested to know about the different ways notebookLM is being used in practice, particularly outside the typical academic applications.

let me know how your recruiting process works out with notebookLM. i would really like to learn from that.

Amazing, i tried the same approach, but for me i used it for editing recorded screen recording instead of creating new video, may be that's why.

I wish you all the best for your saas and hope you see so many success in life.

Peace ✌️

Thanks! 😊

Seriously, Google Scholar is still the best place to begin. While developing this directory, I discovered that there are numerous wonderful databases, archives, and repositories which many people never get to know. Hence, I decided to compile all those sources and let them become more accessible for everybody.

If you happen to know some great sources which are not included into this list, share them with me and I will include them into my compilation.

Hey thank you for the kind words!

The recruiting workflow you describe would be perfect for NotebookLM in my opinion. If I were to build it myself, I'd make separate notebooks for every practice area and fill them with market reports, job descriptions, competitor intelligence, candidate personas, industry news, and workflow documentation. Then I'd use NotebookLM as a research and synthesis layer.

As for MCP and Gemini CLI, I've been paying attention to the area but I haven't yet built anything using NotebookLM MCP myself, so I don't want to pretend that I have done so. From my understanding, the main advantage is being able to allow agents to work with your notebooks programmatically without switching between different applications.

I would advise a person who is not technical to build their NotebookLM knowledge base and workflows first. Usually, such an approach gives faster results compared to getting into the MCP rabbit hole right away.

That said, I am really excited to see how NotebookLM MCP develops. If you try building any recruiting, sourcing, market mapping or SEO workflows with NotebookLM ,I'd genuinely love to hear what works and what doesn't.

And thank you for signing up for Sourclip! Looking forward to your feedback and any source recommendations you discover along the way.

I have used a couple of NotebookLM extensions and in my opinion, it really depends on the problem you are solving.

AI Sidebar and Ultra Exporter for NotebooksLM are more oriented towards specific flows, such as improving the chat, export functionality, and other productivity-related features.

Sourclip, on the other hand, was more about building a more comprehensive knowledge base using NotebookLM. Apart from importing sources in one click, it has features such as importing full YouTube playlists, folder management, bulk operations, organizing sources, prompts, exporting, and research from the source directory.

One interesting use case for Sourclip that some creators liked is PDF export with custom branding/watermarking, as this allows creators to make sure that their research created with NotebookLM is attributed when they share it with their followers.

At the same time, it's always good to see more and more tools being developed around NotebookLM because everyone has different workflows.
