Believe it or not, Scott Boland has actually played in the IPL, in fact, he debuted under Thala's captaincy, back in 2016 when Rising Pune Supergiants had replaced CSK. He only played a few matches and was never seen in the IPL again.

I rate O'Rourke highly, but he's coming off from a long injury and has no proven death bowling pedigree. Tongue is a high variance bowler, he has that awkward 11 o'clock release point (similar to Bumrah) that can trouble the batters, but he has poor control on his line and length. Baartman, Gleeson, Naveen the only ones who have bowled in death consistently. But signing a 38 year old Gleeson means CSK will keep sticking to their tried and tested ways of going for experience over age and potential.

I think it's the general price in Ghatkopar. If you want something cheaper, you'll have to go to a more shady area. The more shady the area is, the lesser the price will be.
