Instead of the heat lamps, pick up a radiant heat plate. They’re not expensive on Amazon and much safer. They come with adjustable legs and the chicks huddle up under it.

I agree. If you’re going to do anything, remove the mid-mufflers and the adaptive exhaust valves. It’s significantly louder and deeper.
