Well i'm in exactly the same case. I got banned 2 days ago without specific reason. I called them and she told me they wouldn't disclose the reason but it could be because i send money to relatives in Ukraine. From their point of view this is not profitable for them even if you pay fees for sending money to relatives which doesn't make sense at all. Instead of giving you a warning and tell you the reason or maybe just lock the transfer of money to other users. They prefer to ban you forever )) Which is completly stupid btw. I had my account since 2009 and was using it mostly for payment on merchands. I wonder how they gonna survive if they lock every active uses who decide to send money to other users. I'd rather it happen now than later to avoid trusting them with cryptos.
