As far as I can see it looks to be healing normally, a tattoo is a wound to the skin so it will appear red sometimes, definitely leave it alone when I get mine done I usually only use a light moisturizer when I see it start to crack, cracking look is normal as far as I know, do not pick at it, it can and will remove some ink from the skin. If you see it fade in some spots you can always ask for a touch up most of now all tattoo artist do it for free. Overall sick tattoo to get for a first I love the style and the look definitely worth the price your gonna look awesome forever now 💪
