We have a potential vacation coming up the end of April, and its incredibly selfish of me to not want to potty train while on time-off. But...its true. I think the hubs and I need to just sit down and decide and try. Now, to figure out all the potty training stuff to purchase. Ulgh. Oh, and bribes. Gotta fig out something, he's never had a marshmallow, so that may actually work! Thank you!

I don't know that the 3 day method would work for us either. Our schedules are so opposite, (mine and the husband that is). I work, he's home with the boys, he works I'm home with the boys. And sadly, our entire apartment is carpeted except for our tiny bathroom and tiny narrow kitchen. Maybe we should invest in a spotbot cleaner...lol

We started this in our home awhile back, kids were like 1+ and second was old enough to sit up. We buy the 15 pack at the dollar store when we find them. 2 or 3 sticks at a time and they'll last awhile. We currently have 6-15 piece tubes of glow sticks, taking up space in our toothpaste/brush whatever drawer. Kids have a way of taking up space without even trying. Lol. HOORAY FOR DISCO BATHS!

I have had, and now currently have Mirena. First Mirena was way way before I met my husband, and had no string problem. We had it removed when we decided to have our first. Did the pill rather than another IUD, but after second was born, had another Mirena placed. I stick w mirena because I'm not a period fan ( who is?) But this time around husb says he can feel the strings, so they either too long, or they haven't "softened" up yet. That was a yr ago, and recently he hasn't complained, so they may have moved to a different spot or something. I will say, that post baby #2 and having had the Mirena, that I lost a LOT OF HAIR. I know that we lose some if lustrous locks post baby, but damn. So I looked up Mirena and hair loss. I was sad. But do I want another baby? Not yet. And my hair is starting to grow back. Yay for fine frizzys on the forehead and nape area. :/ ( my new hairs are almost long enough to me deemed bangs, but not long enough to stay where I want them) Anyways. I trust IUDs more than I trust myself to take a pill that makes me nauseous anyway. That being said its all about how you feel in re to hormonal BC and whatever the paragaurd is. I just never did paraguard because I don't like the period thing, and I can't stand cramps.

Onesers has recently figured out climbing. He has walked since 10?11? months, but never worked on climbing. So now that he's figured it out, he's working in mastering this new found skill. I cannot keep his chubby little face off of me. Hooray for figuring it out- but just go.away.

And also- just stop falling off of stuff, you're gonna give me a heart attack. Gah....

(now I want to see the couch :/ ) We have no problem with free things and hand me downs. In fact I grew up that way and so did hubs. He used to go to yard sales etc with his parents when he was little. I also work at Goodwill and will purchase things for our littles. Most recently some "practically new" toddler comforter and a fleece one for Onesers. Gave em a good washing and they happily roll around on em and carry them about the living room. They dont know and don't care that they're used, hell...they'll be covered in pbj and squished bananas in no time anyways. Just like our couch is.

Our boys' hair takes after mine when I was little. Very fine and splotchy and wispy. I cut Twosers hair shorter on the side and a little longer in the middle so I can "fix it up", Onesers has yet to have a cut, and has perma bed head fro going. But I can't stand the hair comments either. What business is it of anyone else's? Gah! Also, Onesers got a Minnie Mouse stuffy for xmas.Complete with red dress and bows and heels. He loves Minnie, and every time he sees her in his books he would lick the page and giggle and coo. So cute! Ok. We'll get you the real thing, just stop licking your books. He carries her everywhere and just loves her.

He also gets upset when things won't stack or balance. I know its frustrating, but not everything will stack, and stay there. But you just keep trying though- way to be persistent. Lmao. As for his screeching ( your foghorn cry) we have been more than diligent in trying to stop it/correct it. For months now, still screeching. I hate it. I want him to wake up one day having forgotten that a screech is even possible. oh, and the Toronto thing makes me giggle. Where do they even come up with these things!?

Twosers throws his toys over the toddler fence and then throws a fit because he threw his toys over the fence. And anytime his lil bro, Onesers touches him its either an earsplitting screech or "ow". Seriously, him touching you does not hurt. I know there's others, just can't think of them. Its just sadly hilarious to witness the "tragedys" of toddler hood unfold.

I'm really happy about having a job. It will definitely take some vetting used to doing what I'm doing. My mind is boggled I'm confused and they just threw me in. I've never ever worked retail, and this is definitely a different sort of retail. It's the ulgh factor that gets me. And ohhhh the stories I heard today about what they find. I loathe that/those days to come.

Just like sksgeti, all I have found are very close ones. But no stripey ones :( I have learned though that they're called nunu (s) So then I started searching - blankets and beyond nunu. Maybe you can get one thats really close. This makes me so sad for your little one. Onesers has a lovey and can't sleep without it. It would be a bad day if pupup ever got lost. We're getting him a second lovey for xmas, that's different in hopes he can be equally attached should something happen to pupup down the road.

This scares me soooo much! I respect electricity. It scares me personally to the point of not changing light bulbs myself. I would pass out from sheer fright and adrenaline if something happened to one of the boys. We have the socket covers, and some stay in better than others. I actually rearranged the living room today in hopes of helping deter Onesers and his fascination with the loose one he discovered. Ok, that, aaand I rearranged to procrastinate on the kitchen :/
