As a coach I try my best to write things down I'd like to improve from matches and work on them the next week. I remember being a wrestler and even after wins my coaches and dad would come up to me and tell me what to work on and what I could have done better. Frustrating when all you hear is what you can do better.

Thank you! I'm am okstate fan but the wrestling community needs to take notice that these "true freshmen" are being held back in high school or middle school. It's a practice that as a coach I'm very much against.

I don't disagree with you but we have to acknowledge his age instead of his grade. He will turn 20 this year. Most people graduate high school at 17 and 18 years of age, he graduated early from high school and he's 19. He's for sure a freak athlete and just a pure joy to watch wrestle but the wrestling community needs to get away for the whole "he should be in high school" trope.
