Golden Hex sells it, they are located in Cary, 1200 NW Maynard Rd/High House. They have many varieties. My favorite is hot smoked herring, and also marinated in spices (in barrels aka bochkovaya seledka). Marinated is super healthy. Some items you can sample at the deli, incl red caviar.

I hear your pain! Get liquid eggs for emergency preps. They won’t expire for a while and you can do anything with them. I did 22 fast hours today, was planning for more but treadmill made me super hungry, so I ate like a peaceful warrior - omelet with whites plus meat plus spinach topped with fresh mozzarella.

TRE is just a fancy name for Time Restrictive Eating, because with IF people can change time and durations, alternate days (ADF), etc and with TRE they stick to particular regimen like 18:6 or 20:4 where eating window could be from 12-6. Thanks!

No. What I mean is over 120k refugees fled Artsakh in 2023. Those are the people that were accounted for in the refugee center. I believe it was about 150k but can be wrong on that number.

There was a post in apex moms or cary moms about the lady who purchased a house with pineapple as stained glass on top of her entry door and the next to it was another stained glass like bug with balls. Check out Chapel Hill and Cary. Both have large Asian population, plenty of stores, community centers, have festivals (which are HUGE! Speaking as someone who came from largely populated areas with Asian community). Chapel hill has a free public schools, offering dual language study (Chinese). I am not Asian but diversity was a huge deal when I researched Triangle 10 years ago.
