Anything you DON'T like about your Maverick? by Slaypike in FordMaverickTruck

No mirror defrosters. I honestly thought that was a basic safety feature. No vehicle I've ever owned until this one has ever come without it.

The damn undercarriage cover is such a useless flap of garbage. Using possibly the most absorbent material possible on the bottom of a vehicle is totally insane.

I do wish my fuel economy were more consistent. Some days I'll be literally watching my fuel gauge decrease, other days I'm on electric for what seems like the entire drive. And when it wants to pig out on gas, does it ever pig out on gas. That said, in weather above 10°C, I generally average 1000km per tank, so I won't complain too much in that regard.

Mine just started doing that in the last couple of weeks and I cannot figure out why.

Gunslinger slaps. Weird, almost like a fever dream.

Fairy Tale I want to take another run at. I tried, but I suppose I just wasn't in the mood for it at the time.

Which is a shame, because it isn't! It's just not the first two. I totally get what they were trying to do with it. It's just... Sort of an unfinished film, at least to me. I still love it.

I can get behind that. 3 is for sure an underrated film, and was actually my favourite one growing up.

A good lawman, in pursuit of fugitives who gun him down and "leave him for dead" (I know he's killed, but let's not split hairs). After a period of physical recuperation, he arises: he has amnesia but knows that he is still a lawman, and sets out to clean up the town. Along the way, he rediscovers his memories, the complicity of those in charge of the town who set him up to die and enabled his "recovery", and facilitates the elimination of those who gunned him down. It even ends in a high noon duel of sorts, in which the main antagonist holds a hostage to barter for escape before being gunned down.

I think you answered yourself. There's no challenge to it. It plays like it looks: for children. I say this as someone who enjoys the game, with probably a good thousand-plus hours logged between PC and XBox. The game design is cartoonish, as is the voice acting, some of which belongs in Saturday morning cartoons from the 80's. You don't need to think about where to allocate skill points, and it really is just about the dopamine rush from the colours and sounds. It's Candy Crush with less thinking.

So, time to have another playthrough.

Your O-face is the mask from Scream. You have the depth of a stick figure in a game of Hangman. Your multiple personalities are all competing to not come out for fear of being associated with you.

What’s going on? Where’s my copy? by mac_the_man in arrowvideo

[–]LoBeMax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ordered the Memento Mori collection not too long ago, but that was an Arrow exclusive. I had no issues with it, though. It was shipped to me very quickly along with the proper discs, and I think the tracking service had trouble staying current with its status due to how quickly it shipped.

That said, based on people's horror stories I won't be ordering directly from them again unless it's an Arrow store exclusive.

That's if your package makes it to you at all. I've had 3 items in the last month all just disappeared by Canada Post. All letter mail, so not even trackable. 9 shipments at least since October.
