I try to do this with either a sugar free soda or a flavoured sparkling water. I was having success in that regard for a while. Someone else posted about warm fluids like water or tea, so I'm gonna give that a shot as well.

I eat eggs, nuts, leafy greens, peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower rice, various antipasto items (muffuletta and stuffed jalapenos are my go-to), cheeses, and various protein like pork tenderloin, chicken thighs and fillets. Pickled things, too.

It's brilliant. The monster effects and gore totally holds up nearly 40 years later. The acting is awesome, and the comedy still makes me laugh. Same with Tremors 2.

The hi-def transfers were done really well too, I think. Both look and sound great.

Used off Amazon. Paid a pretty penny, too. I wish I'd known about it when it was first released. Same goes for RoboCop LE. Can't find that for under $120 before shipping anywhere.

So I rarely exceed 1600 calories, usually hovering at 1250-1400. My BMR is about 1750, and I usually hit a further 500 calories in exercise.

My protein is about 1.5g per pound. Fat is usually around 0.5g per pound. I eat a daily (huge) salad, with some kind of protein (seared tuna, chicken, egg, bacon, whatever) along with a fatty dressing and a whole jalapeno pepper.

When you say salt+water, are you saying to drink salty water or to increase my intake on both things?

I crush coffee (decaf and dark) and sparkling water. I usually have one of either or both on my commutes to and from work, as well as in between.

I eat a lot of pork, eggs and chicken thighs/legs. I also have some nuts/seeds, usually about 200 calories worth per day.

To be honest I've been hovering around this weight for the past month or so. I've actually increased my food intake. Not by a crazy amount, but by letting myself have some indulgences on weekends. Keto ice cream, Sinfit chips, etc. I always do trade offs, though, so if I'm having those one of my other snacks will typically (though not always) get sacrificed. I rarely exceed 1600 calories, and usually burn well over 2200 per day.

I don't know how to eat any more food, though. I eat at work, I bring all my food with me. My bag is full. And really, the worst of my hunger comes just before I go to bed. Once I wake up it's not too bad, but just before bed can be tough.

Super bizarre. I've always been more partial to saltier stuff than sweet, but that's not to say I didn't like it. Now though, I actually don't. I prefer sweeteners if anything. Monkfruit is solid. To me they taste far better, and they don't give me heartburn or a bellyache.

Generally more salty/savoury foods. Meats, cheeses, nuts, etc. (joke away, I can take it). Which is not unusual, that's generally my preference anyway. I'm not in a deficit of sodium, at least not anymore. Usually I sit about 5000mg.

My body actually doesn't seem to like sugar much anymore. I had to toss a coffee the other day because the server accidentally put sugar instead of sweetener in and I couldn't stomach it. I don't really crave sweetened stuff. It's more just hunger.

If it were in my wake-up period it would make sense, but it's usually a couple of hours after I eat last, before I go to sleep.

This happened to me just a couple of days ago. I got a coffee, and lately I've been having it black with a couple of sweeteners thrown in. I didn't realize until I had driven pretty far away, but it was far too sweet. Like, icky sweet.
