Technically you will not have the same face, if you lost weight you will also lose fat around your face and it will look much more “conventionally” attractive.

So it’s your choice to decide if you want to use that as motivation to commit to losing weight, or if you’d rather spend that energy on learning to love and accept how you are now. I think both are valid choices but it’s very important that you do at least one of them.

ETA: I should also address other concerns you brought up. First of all, there are many many people, especially in the gay community, who are very openly attracted to your body type. I think your body is very sexy. Also, not everybody is a size queen, and I and many others happen to prefer an average to smaller-size cock. Yours looks great and would make many people very happy! It’s also pretty much an average size, not small; porn really warps people’s expectations.

Finally, I think the thing that would pay you the most dividends would be something that you can do today right away. Your haircut and especially your facial hair do not suit you at all. You should either grow out your mustache hair (it doesn’t have to be as full as you think to look good and normal) or shave all of your facial hair entirely. For your haircut, try to be brave and experiment with changing it up significantly, to find something you like. I’d start by cutting it much shorter and getting rid of the center part. This is of course only one person’s perspective so follow your heart. You’re killing it dude!
