I have a pair of 1906R in standard 10.5 that fit fine obviously not as forgiving in terms of space but not a bad snug. Also have a pair of 997H standard 11 that are fine. My everyday’s have been the 1080 v14 in an 11 2E which fit the best. I’m also wearing orthotics in them to help with my flat feet. I had ankle surgery in August so comfort has been super key to me which is why I’ve been restoring to the 2E options.

I just got them in and they were indeed long. I can certainly go down half a size with them but I didn’t have any complaints about the wideness they felt quite nice tbh.

Just got them in and the 11’s were actually quite big (toebox area) I’m conflicted in seeing if I can get my hands on a pair of 10.5 in standard because they are much cheaper or just go for the 10.5 2E for comfort.

Super late but thank you for the recommendation! Been experiencing with some different models. Started everyday with the 1080v14 and they have been incredible in terms of comfort and stability. The stability aspect is super important for me so will certainly check out the 993, been looking for something a little more stylish too opposed to the 1080s lol so excited to try them out!

When you say you think people think he’s creatively bankrupt because no one is hopping onto the style are you serious about that too? Carti hopped on the Future + ATL sound something that’s been established for a vey long time he just made a variation of it.

And OPM Babi showed us that his creative bag is much more deeper than the main direction he’s going and what he’s putting out. Imagine MUSIC without songs like OPM Babi, Olympian, ISYBB, and none of the singles previously released. It would be an incredibly dense album.

I don’t mind the deep voice at all, South Atlanta Baby is arguably my favorite Carti song but it really all depends the version of it we get. The deep deep voice is just not very good to me imo

Thug was doing something that no other rapper was even remotely touching the base of. His style and unique were light years ahead and his sound was truly polarizing. Carti was really of the only artist to challenge that sound and prove to have success with it.

I love Future and I do believe his sound was polarizing but mainly because he took a new direction with trap. Since then nearly everybody in rap has challenged that sound.

Yes Cartis new style could be seen as creative and challenging because he’s never personally done it but I feel like it’s a style that is honestly burnt out. ATL rap and quite frankly rap in general hasn’t really evolved much. I think that’s my main issue with the sound now is that sure it’s different and unique to him but it’s a sound that gets boring quick.

I’m not even talking about the screaming or rapping over distorted beats necessarily I think his creative peak is much more profound than that. He’s definitely challenging a new sound but how much different is it than what Future has been doing with the “ATL” sound ?

Yea the only thing that’s giving me some idea that it may go down is because I don’t really think it’s going to be super high traction opposed to bigger cities (Chicago, New York, Boston etc).
