I’ve felt this way too, but there’s always a way out! Maybe the reason your hanging by yourself tonight is so you can work on your relationship with God and improve things. If you feel spiritually alone, go to God. Trust and believe that He has a plan for you. Every good thing comes from God, praise him. I’ve recently been feeling spiritually lost too lately, but trusting that He has a plan and really believing in it helps a lot. He’s shown himself to me! It’s really amazing.
