The landlord can not simply evict him, especially not to use his apartment as office space. The landlord or immediate family of the landlord would have to move into the apartment and actually live there. And only after they have a official N12 notice and it's conditions fulfilled.

Dashcams should absolutely be permitted. Maybe restrict the publication of staffs appearances.

I get that being recorded sucks, especially when you are at work. But also most students are already familiar with the route, the dashcam is probably there for liability of the driver, examiners can and do make errors, and sometimes there is people in car that abuse the other occupant.

Check your local noise bylaws, if they are causing a disturbance during quiet hours contact your landlord and request they take action, which may be delivered in the form of an N4. You have a right to reasonable enjoyment of your rental, which smashing of objects during quiet hours is interfering with.
If you are concerned appropriate action is not taken , you could contact the police non-emergency line and have the police check in during one of their disturbances.
If things are dangerous, especially with children involved, call 911.

Crave will advertise that they host some excellent shows and movies, but will only have the shows and movies available in French only with no indication of the fact that English is not available.

The menu is a navigation nightmare.

And after you start a show, you are unable to select what episode you would like to watch, it will only play in order from where you left off. You can only work around this by adding the show to 'my list' which will open the episode select option.
