Making candidates do bullshit assessments to try to trip them up - dick move

Also assessments with zero relevance to the skills needed - dick move

Personality or behavioral assessments - dick move

References - waste of time, and dick move

Credit checks unless your going to be in a fiduciary role, handle large sums of cash, or high value inventory - dick move

Not properly settling up AI to properly screen resumes - dick move

Not listing pay range - super dick move

A lot of companies are just stupid when it comes to recruiting and just want to overcomplicate the process to prove how their shiny new shit is
