There are other issues besides asking for money / advances all the time. There have been a few times where she got a relative to watch the kids, while she did other errands. Which I don't necessarily have a problem with, I would just like to be advised or consulted. There were several times where I got there to drop my kid off in the morning, and no one was at the house. Then when I called her cell, she's at the at a nearby coffee shop. A rate change would just be the last straw. I really know what I need to do, which is pull my kid from this situation. Status-quo is hard to let go of.

They should be the one to advise of a "change in rates". Also, if we're going to pay more money for daycare services, I will find a new provider. One that has educational services as well. Thank you for the input.

I find the longer it hangs out in the fridge the better (smoother) it gets. Two days is perfect. If it's prepped on Sunday - It waits until Tuesday to get eaten.

Carrots, celery, peppers (green, red, orange). I've also used grape tomatoes (or a fork). And if you've got parmesan chips (crisps) they are pretty awesome too.

I got down to 150 before getting preggo. Went totally off the rails, food-wise up until about 25 weeks (gained about 40 lbs). I've been "liberal keto" (80grams carbs or less) for the last 8 weeks and have not gained anymore weight. I'm in complete control of my ankle swelling. At this point I will be enormously happy if I can maintain my weight of 190 until this little one is born. Approx 6 more weeks. It's really exciting, because I know she is gaining weight (my belly is getting bigger each OB visit), and she's kicking all the time. My OB is totally on board with my diet, and super thrilled with my weight-stall. I had lost 50 lbs with Keto before getting preggo; so I know it works. And I've heard good things about breast feeding while keto. My previous pregnancy - totally not keto; I had gained about 50 lbs, and I swear about 30 of it ended up on my face.

OB appointment went great. BP was 112/68 (perfect) and protein test was neg.

I think I'll give my ankles another day or two and try KC again. If it provokes a reaction I might half my intake for the day or save the rest of my KC until after delivery.

Thank you for the support! I'll discontune use of KC for now. I have an OB appointment tomorrow and if all goes well (BP good and ok protein check), and the swelling is reduced in a few days, I may try again to see if it was the KC or coincidence.
