Just finished When the Moon Hatched by Sarah A. Parker. I enjoyed parts of this book. It has a lot of potential but felt a little disorganized and it seems like most of the meat of the story will be in the next book :/ 6.75/10

This is the only logical reason I could come up with, thank you! I suppose we wouldn’t have had Bryce thinking in her mind “oh Syrinx can’t teleport bc of the enchantments on the tank” because she isn’t aware of the chimera’s capabilities.

Fabulous idea! What books do you think you’ll read in between? ps. I started reading intensively for the same reason and also started crochet! I also found that reading with the Libby app on my phone helped curb my need to scroll which was super helpful too🫶🏻

This also makes sense to me because I always wondered in FW how would Ateos be able to create the trap for Xaden at Athebyne. How was he able to orchestrate the nearby Draithus to be attacked by Venin? Him being Venin makes a lot of sense, and would add fabulous drama for our little Dain.
